Blessed Carlos Manuel Rodríguez "We live for that Night" - DEVOZIONI Rosary Bracelet

$23.49
Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, Carlos Manuel Rodríguez is the only blessed person in Puerto Rico and the first blessed layman in the Caribbean. His efforts to promote the renewal of the liturgy, little understood by the faithful during his time, was one of his most important missions. He was one of the most influential voices in what is now known as the Second Vatican Council, so he is considered a pre-conciliar apostle of what became the Sacrosanctum concillium. Blessed Carlos actively insisted on offering the liturgy in the vernacular language to promote a greater participation and understanding of the faithful. His mission, for which he invested all his money, focused on education and the promulgation of the faith through his own publications. He did all of this while battling a terrible disease that eventually turned into cancer. His phrase "We live for that Night" is the framework of his favorite time of the year: The Easter Vigil.

This Rosary bracelet features faceted crystals, hematites, enameled metals and the FIRST AND ONLY Italian devotional medal of Blessed Carlos Manuel Rodríguez with our distinctive logo. Color explanatory mini booklet included.

Approximate circumference at rest: 7", expandable to approximately 7.5".
